This hotel was great for my Christmas vacation. It had a convenient location close to transportation and a supermarket. The staff was amazing, especially the Operations Manager who was friendly and customer-focused. The rooms were kept clean, and any minor issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

There were some minor issues during my stay. The restaurant and spa were closed, and the TV had only one program.

The service was top-notch, with a hardworking and friendly Operations Manager named Erna. The room amenities were excellent, with heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel also had a terrace and garden furniture for relaxation. I was delighted with the hotel's location, service, and room amenities.
